Emergency Plumber

About

If water is going where it should not, or has stopped coming out of the tap, call.

CH Plumbing Projects provides 24/7 emergency plumbing from Gorokan across the Central Coast and Hunter Region, including weekends and public holidays.

The number is 0434 237 193. Say what is happening and which fixtures are affected. That is enough for us to treat it as an emergency or to book it as a next-day job. You do not need the right technical name.

What counts as an emergency:

  • A pipe has burst or you cannot stop the water at a tap or isolation valve

  • Sewage is overflowing from a toilet, gully trap or drain

  • Water is coming through a ceiling, wall or floor and getting worse

  • There is no hot water and the household cannot wait until morning

  • A leak is flooding a kitchen, laundry or bathroom

A dripping tap or a renovation quote waits for ordinary hours. We will tell you which is which on the phone.

Before we arrive: isolate at the meter if you can do it safely, stop flushing backed-up fixtures, keep people and pets away from sewage, do not open walls or pour drain chemicals.

On the call-out: isolate the fault, stop the damage, repair what can be finished that visit. A collapsed sewer or a slab leak may need a return. You will know that before we leave.

Hours: Monday–Friday 6am–5pm for scheduled work. Emergency call-outs 24/7 including weekends and public holidays.

Area: Gorokan, Wyong, Tuggerah, Toukley, The Entrance, Woy Woy, Erina and surrounding Central Coast suburbs; Hunter and Newcastle where the clock still makes a night attendance useful.

FAQs:

  • After-hours attendance is a call-out. We confirm that on the phone before we roll.

  • If the repair can be completed safely on the visit, water goes back on that night.

  • A blocked toilet is an emergency if it is the only toilet, sewage is overflowing, or more than one fixture has stopped.

  • Base is Gorokan; coverage runs through the Central Coast and into the Hunter.
